Aleck made this picture in Sunday School a few weeks ago and I cherish it. I’m sure Aleck’s teacher drew the stick figures and wrote the names and bible verse, then let Aleck color the page. When I looked closer at the picture, I noticed that it looks like Aleck is holding something in his hand. I asked Aleck to tell me about the picture and what he was holding. He quickly replied, “I’m holding a monkey.” Sure enough, it looks a bit like a monkey. I love watching that amazing imagination at work.
