My sister recently acquired a couple of horses. This morning, we took a short walk to the pasture to feed the horses. I think this is the first time that Aleck and Ella have seen a horse up close. The kids were curious, but neither were interested in getting too close. They were more interested in dropping rocks down the pond spillway pipe, and that’s just all right with me. I love seeing the world through their curious little eyes.
