Some friends helped surprise Tom for a birthday celebration today. The first couple of families showed up and Tom said, “Did you know they were coming over?” I just kind of shrugged my shoulders and went on about my business. When the next two families showed up, Tom knew it was a surprise party for him. His face lit up like a kid on Christmas morning when he realized it was all about him. It was awesome!
The kids had a great time swimming while the parents visited.
Tom doesn’t really like care, but he loves my brownies.
We only had one near CPR event with all these kids in the pool. OK, maybe I’m exaggerating just a little.
Let’s celebrate!
The next door neighbor even made a visit to wish Tom a Happy Birthday.
